An online coordination meeting was held regarding the preparation and implementation process of the A5 – Digital Robotics Applications Training Program (Virtual, 5 Days) activity carried out within the scope of the KA210-VET-4D2A45F6_T4F-DRA project.

During the meeting, the activities to be carried out during the fifth step of the A5 activity, the implementation schedule, and the distribution of responsibilities were discussed in detail. In order to ensure that the activities are carried out in a coordinated and timely manner in line with the objectives of the program, the responsibilities of the participants were determined and the completion dates for the assigned tasks were agreed upon.

Within the scope of the meeting, particular emphasis was placed on the following aspects of the A5 program:

• finalizing the training program,
• evaluating the activities carried out,
• sharing the training outputs,
• organizing the prepared content and materials,
• disseminating the results of the activities,
• planning dissemination activities.

In addition, the methods to be followed for evaluating the knowledge, experience, and outputs obtained during the previous stages of the five-day training program and incorporating them into the final training program and dissemination materials were discussed. While the responsible persons/institutions for each area of work were identified, the implementation schedule and deadlines for completing the assigned tasks were also clarified.

In accordance with the decisions taken during the meeting, the aim is to ensure that the targeted outputs of the A5 activity are completed effectively and on time, to strengthen coordination among the project partners, and to disseminate the results obtained to the relevant stakeholders.

With the online meeting, the duties and responsibilities related to the final stage of the A5 – Digital Robotics Applications Training Program were clarified, and the necessary coordination was established to ensure that the activities progress according to the planned schedule.

The activities carried out within the scope of the KA210-VET-4D2A45F6_T4F-DRA project continue in line with the objectives of developing digital robotics, cobot technologies, and innovative vocational education practices.
